Meet your advisor

Hi, I’m Pinky.
Families call me first.

I’m an independent, FSRA-licensed advisor helping GTA families bring parents to Canada safely, travel with confidence, and study without worry. I work for your family — not one insurer — so I compare plans across Canada’s leading companies and stay with you from the first 10-minute call to a claim years later.

Common questions

Everything families ask me first.

What is Super Visa Insurance, and is it mandatory? +
Yes — to be approved for a Super Visa, parents and grandparents typically need a Canadian medical insurance policy of at least $100,000 valid for 1 year. IRCC may not issue the visa without it. I make sure you have the right Certificate & Receipt to upload with the application. Requirements are subject to change — please verify current IRCC guidelines.
How does the monthly payment plan work? +
You pay just the first two months of premium as your deposit. We issue the Certificate immediately so you can apply for the visa. The remaining 10 monthly payments are charged automatically. If your parents leave Canada early, we help arrange a refund for unused days — subject to the insurer's cancellation terms.
What happens if the visa application is rejected? +
Most plans offer a full refund if IRCC rejects the Super Visa application — provided the rejection happened before the coverage started. Send me the IRCC rejection letter and I'll manage the process. Refund terms vary by insurer; I'll confirm the specifics before you purchase.
Are pre-existing conditions like diabetes or hypertension covered? +
In many plans, yes — but conditions generally need to be "stable" for a defined period before travel. I review the medical history one-on-one, recommend the right stability rider (e.g. 90-day or 180-day), and price it out before you commit. Always review policy wording carefully.
Do you charge for the quote or the consultation? +
No. I’m paid by the insurer when a policy is issued, not by you. The quote, the comparison, and our conversation are completely free — and never obligate you to buy.
